Learning
Every position has its own path
Define the path once, and anyone entering that position will automatically receive the entire set.
Some courses must be taken first in order to understand the next ones. Learning Map pre-defines this sequence so employees don't have to guess where to start or skip ahead before they are ready. Instead of assigning courses to employees one by one, define the path for the position once, and everyone who steps into that role automatically gets the same path. When courses are updated, you only need to fix it in one place without having to update individuals manually. Progress is measured across the entire path, giving you a clear overview of how far each position has developed.

Because paths are defined by job requirements, the gap between an employee's current capabilities and what the role demands is easily visible, both on an individual and departmental level.
